The Challenge
How do you design the digital identity of an instrument that promises sounds never heard before? The challenge was to translate the sonic and tactile experience of "BETHO" into a static web interface. The project required moving away from the conventional aesthetic of musical instrument e-commerce stores. It sought an art direction that fused nostalgia and futurism, using editorial typography and a minimalist layout to communicate that this is not just an instrument, but a piece of design and a tool for artistic expression.

The Build
Beyond a polished visual aesthetic, my goal was for the user to be able to "play" the instrument before even owning it. Working directly in Figma, I designed a system of high-fidelity interactive components. The core element is hardware simulation: I created an advanced micro-interaction where, when the cursor hovers, the keys light up and the digital display comes to life, revealing a blinking, pixelated eye.
