The Challenge
The main challenge was to design a real estate platform that broke with the cluttered and technical aesthetic of traditional portals. The goal was to create an aspirational search experience, where the visual quality of the properties took center stage. The aim was to connect emotionally with high-end buyers by integrating an advanced filtering system that was powerful yet not visually overwhelming, always maintaining an air of exclusivity and sophistication.


The Build
For the development of this design, a minimalist and functional approach was chosen: Clean UI: Use of ample white space and a neutral color palette to highlight the architectural photography. Information Architecture: A "Hero Section" was designed with a simplified search engine to reduce the user's cognitive load from the very first second. Modular Components: Creation of dynamic property cards that display key information (square meters, number of rooms, price) in an iconographic and structured way. Engagement & Trust: Integration of social proof sections (testimonials) and an informative blog ("Recent Publications") to position the brand as an authority in the Spanish real estate market.
